This notice explains how SM Tech, publisher of Synora, handles information when you use the Synora website and application.

Information we process

Depending on how you use Synora, information may include your name, email or Microsoft Entra identifier; role and organisation context; goals, outcomes, next moves, feedback, success evidence and AI prompts; subscription status; and technical diagnostics such as device, browser, timestamps and error records.

How we use information

  • Provide, secure and improve Synora.
  • Personalise assistance using context you choose to provide.
  • Manage subscriptions, customer support and service communications.
  • Detect abuse, investigate errors and meet legal obligations.

AI assistance

Synora may send the content required to answer a request to the AI provider selected or configured for the service. AI output may be inaccurate. Review it before acting on it. Synora is not designed to make automated employment decisions.

Microsoft services

When Synora is obtained through Microsoft Marketplace or used with Microsoft services, Microsoft may independently process identity, transaction and subscription information under its own terms and privacy statements.

Sharing and service providers

We may use hosting, identity, AI, monitoring, payment and support providers to operate Synora. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganisation.

Retention and control

Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the purposes above, contractual commitments, security and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and necessary records.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Your choices

Provide only work information you are authorised to use. Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, health information or other highly sensitive personal information into prompts.
